.......mostly from petroleum, which is VERY TOXIC for humans. These toxins help greatly to sustain the Medical-industrial complex while causing a vast range of illnesses & diseases....They have been poisoning us for decades...
Stopped using soap for the dishwasher. Started using vinegar in my laundry loads. I use a small amount of bleach in a ton of water as a floor cleaner. I use water to clean my counter tops, diluted vinegar would work too. I barely use shampoo or conditioner (once a week?) and its naturalish soap with few ingredients and I try to buy without sulfates. I use a natural deodorant without any aluminum. I use a toothpaste without sulfates or fluoride - basically coconut oil, peppermint and some gum stuff? Any other ideas let me know. I stopped using makeup, stopped using perfume. I don’t add anymore product to my hair. I stopped using lotion or sunscreen years ago. My food is a whole other area of crazy
Pro tip: use EWG’s cleaning guides and skin deep database to check for these things in your home products. They have an app that allows you to quickly scan a barcode and see their report on what’s in the item.
They don’t have everything, but you can add products in if they are missing and make your own custom report for anything not already in the database.
So, basically, research effective homemade, holistic cleaners and make them yourself. Because I guarantee you, EVERY major and minor household, commercial, and industrial cleaner has some type of carcinogen or some other hazardous chemical(s) to humans/animals in it's formula. All you have to do is read the MSDS on them to see that for yourself.
Also, a quick scan indicator is if you look on the label and it has advice in what to do if it's ingested. If it says to contact a Poison Control hotline, it's bad for humans and animals.
This is exactly why I learned how to make soap from natural ingredients. I have severe skin allergies bc of all the crap they put into everything. Your skin is the largest organ in the human body. These toxic chemicals are absorbed through the skin and directly into the bloodstream!!!! Also, our homemade soap rocks!!!! Maybe we can trade soap for food when shtf!!!
The womensvoices.org doesn't look like a very Q-centric group to me. And I've tried products from some of their "business partners" and it was invariably useless junk. If they're attacking citric acid as a dangerous toxin, they're a bridge too far for me.
I went through and discarded everything that had fragrance and a medley of other ingredients that I’m highly sensitive to about 5-6 years ago. Dr. Bronners for most cleaning and a handful of other things that satisfy my needs without exposing my body to synthetics that I react negatively to.
most fragrances aren’t tested, they’re designated as “GRAS” until they’re not anymore. Cut as much of this garbage out of your life as possible. The most useless thing I’ve found myself spending money on for years was fabric softener. It makes non difference for me to exclude it from my laundry, other than saving money and not adding carcinogens.

I use citric acid in canning, it’s effectively lemon juice.
But if it's aresolized, it's toxic. And the fumes alone will harm you.
explain how this works please? I'm pretty skeptical of this

I basically use Dr. Bronner’s for everything now, but yes, this is true.
I also use Dr. Bronners!
