It would have been nice if Patrick Byrne had given a brief summary of what was being presented to the Supreme Court. I could definitely write a letter if I had some short bullet points that they could connect the dots with.

Patrick was on the Tore Says podcast on Nov 8 this past week. You can stream it for free on the iHeart radio app. I haven’t listened to it yet but I’m sure they might touch on this subject. He and Tore always give great interviews.
