Yep, added sugar is the main issue, which is what causes the inflammation
Of course the photo implies that fried eggs and bacon are bad. They aren't - unless you fry them in seed oil. Stick to animal fat, olive oil or coconut oil and you'll be fine.
what's bad about frying them in seed oil? I'm legitimately curious
seed oils are industrial by products not actually fit for human consumption... they are mega bombs of omega 6 polyunsaturated fats and the LAST thing you'd want to cook at high heat in a diet. its a great way to sustain an inflammatory state.
for cooking oils, stick to more stable saturated fats such as coconut, butter, ghee, tallow, palm oil. also some monounsaturated fats like lard and duck fat are a good way to go. do not cook with olive oil, that also goes rancid at high heat.
thanks much

thanks, I'll watch this when I have working sound again kek
I was going to say that! Bacon and eggs are good for you.
What about peanut oil?
dump that crap in the trash, or use it to varnish old furniture if you wish. any so called vegetable oil especially when oxidized at high heat in cooking is a bigger risk factor for heart disease than anything else in the modern diet.
Yes, I’ve read heated oils are also one of the leading causes of cancer, but not sure on Peanut oil. 👍🏽
Love me some eggs fried overhard up in Bacon grease
I made a cheese sauce from bacon grease tonight for my mac n cheese. It's tough to beat animal fats.
