Thank you for this explanation. I just invested the time in watching this, and I left having difficulty processing what he accused Trump of doing. He implied because of the date this EO was signed, that Trump was complicit in knowing about the virus before it became known to the world. I just read the EO through, and it is fairly innocuous. Its purpose is to modernize the response time of influenza vaccines from the egg-model to other technologies which can move faster.
I know Martin is brilliant, but he speaks in absolutes. The world is not black and white. Just because something doesn't fit into an absolute discussion, does not make it a conspiracy. I know he is the type of person we need to dig into the guts of the global crime, but he needs to convey his words with a measure of reason, instead of carpet bombing everything that comes out of his mouth. Yeah, it's bad, but let's focus, too.
