A football has "laces" on one side. When trying for a field goal, one guy holds the football upright on the ground. The kicker wants the "laces" facing the goal posts, not the side of the football that his foot is about to smack.
The guy holding the football should quickly rotate the ball so the laces are out (towards the goal-posts), so the laces don't interfere with the kick accuracy.

NIAID's research sounds scary.
Martin makes a big deal about Trump signing this EQ one day after the WHO publishes their statement, and conflates the EQ directive (above) with the language of the NIAID scientists' much more dangerous vaccine cell research.
Martin does a 2-step shuffle and says of the RED words on his slide -- "I don't think Trump wrote those words." He didn't see these words on the wrapper of his hamburger. But ...
Trump is to blame for the NIAID's interpretation of the EA-13887 language. Trump signed the EQ. Trump is responsible for children dying.
Dr. David Martin is going to fight! For the children. And, he is not afraid of being taken out ... his bow-tie has magical powers.
