Seriously. So, fuck "innocent until proven guilty," right?? I swear, there's a reckoning coming. And it's not going to be one that these soyboy Redditors (if, indeed, they are real useless carbon-based units and not bots) are going to enjoy.
As the story goes KR gave him the money to buy the rifle, but KR never takes possession because he knew he had to wait until 18 to transfer ownership. Gun remains in WI under control of WI resident. Rifle is "loaned out" to KR the day of the riots. Nothing illegal in loaning a WI owned rifle to an Illinois resident "in" WI. At 17, KR was in within the law to carry a long gun, either rifle or shotgun. And then used that gun to defend himself. Judge throws out illegal possession charge prior to Jury going into deliberations. Now they must decide if this individual (KR) who is in legal possession of a borrowed rifle within his right to self defense from his attackers. Let's hope the constitution is defended as well as KR was.
Is it any surprise that the party of slavery and the KKK is the party of lynch mob justice?
Also the party that started gun control.
"if he escapes justice" - Wow.
This is from the "justice is burning down cities" demographic
Next, they will be charging him with J Walking... it's 100% provable in the FBI Surveillance helicopter footage. :)
