Looks like my company I have worked for 2 years now helping them generate revenue is going to give me a deadline Nov 30th to provide HR proof of vaccination. Looks like Biden is going to get me unemployed just in time for Christmas. Wow what a great fucking president, what a fucking ass hole prick getting a bunch of people fired a month before Christmas. No wonder people hate his fucking guts. I'm just going to refuse and they're going to have to fire me, furlough me, I don't give a shit, I'll still see them in court.. bet on it.

The Biden/OSHA mandate was stopped by court order. Federal employees and contractors fall under Executive Orders 14042 or 14043. If it’s not a fed job then how in hell can an employer force a medical procedure upon employees? And a non-FDA approved procedure, at that! What is the legal standing for this? How is medical discrimination all of sudden allowed?
When this vax charade is over, and the dust settles, the wrongful termination suits are going to be overwhelming. In fact, after the massive red wave in the mid-term election I can see Congress passing some kind of retribution program for the wrongfully terminated. Employers know this, that’s why they’re trying to get people to quit, or place them on unpaid leave, instead of firing people.
I was supposed to put my status in by 10/25. I have not heard a thing. Company HQ is in Boston with heavy NY presence, but about 100 offices across the country. There was a lot of pushback. I think they dropped it (for now) because of the number of state lawsuits.
They can't enforce it on Federal employees either.
Oh They are enforcing it. Many have been fired already at my facility

I plan on it. Looking for a civil suit to join and a employment attorney willing to take on this kind of lawsuit. Its a bit more complicated on the proper approach to take since im a federal subcontractor
They really have no idea how to. It's like they keep dangling this scary thing to make more people cave and it's working. However there is essentially no guidance and agencies haven't even started to attempt to tackle exemptions yet.
I am waiting to be terminated and then I am going to pursue a wrongful termination suit based on what you said.

These shots are not FDA approved and terminating me because I won't participate in the experiment is wrongful termination.
