things that made me laugh today.

1. fat ass state prosecutor doesn't know anything about a transfer from a phone to a computer
2. fat ass state prosecutor doesn't know anything about pixels changing
3. fat ass state prosecutor then knows everything on how to set up and play a video from a cell phone through a lap top

This judge needs to make decisions in his court. This whole, I hope the ball doesn’t come to me, garbage. The prosecutor is making a joke of his courtroom.

They asked it be WITHOUT prejudice, that way they can show the jury the prosecution deliberately gave the defense faulty and manipulated evidence.

I don't know why the defense doesn't bring up it's an obvious like, because on Friday the damn prosecutor said bring out our version it's a higher resolution of the video....

Misleading headline. On this particular motion, the defense stated they were asking for a standard mistrial and accepted the risk that it wouldn't be with prejudice.
