Once Harris is reappointed to another post, that will open the door for Obama to slip in as VP. Then Biden will either resign or the 25th will be used to push him out.

I don’t believe that Barry can serve as POTUS again even under those circumstances. However, somebody with a better understanding of the Presidential term limit requirements in the Constitution may know more than me.🤷🏻♂️ More likely horizontal Harris would 25th Beijing Joe and they’d slip Hitlery in as VP.

The only argument I've heard of how this can work is cause the 2 term limit is about being elected for two terms. In this scenario, he'd be appointed. Dunno if it works that way tho.
Whoever comes in has to be voted in by congress....
