From my small understanding, I think Tim and crew are on the road, they were originally going to do a podcast with one of these in Texas.

A few of the others caught wind and they all wanted to meet up and have a chat together.

So bang! Everyone joined in!

The woman in the kitchen is Lydia, one of tims co-host.

I didn't actually watch the podcast, I just skimmed it, I can only handle milktoast Tim in small increments.
