The FDA asked a federal judge to give it until 2076 to fully produce this information.
If I were the Federal Judge, my response would be: "Granted. You have until 2076 to produce the records of the Covid "vaccine" approval. Until then, the Covid "vaccine" must be removed from the market and is banned from being injected into any American citizen due to lack of adequate safety information and failure to disclose potential consumer health issues. "
Now... would you like to release the data... or have the "vaccine" banned until you do?
Pfizer would accept that in a heartbeat. They’ve already made their money. They really don’t care if it’s used because their customers are governments, not people. And those countries gleefully waived any and all rights to protect their citizenry in their contracts with Pfizer(yeah yeah, fraud and legalities etc).
What Pfizer cares about right now is indemnity and immunity from prosecution.
Um, there is law that requires individuals to report suspected adverse drug reactions and is usually mandatory training as condition of employment. That’s about as far as I know on the subject though. If clinical teams knowingly falsify data or hide unethical practices during a clinical trial there’s surely some immunity issues there I would think. You’d have to sit and dif into 21 CFR and the associated enforcement portions of USC

That ^ is the right answer. Let's pray the judge is based enough to find it!
Depends how brazen Pfizer wants to get
Amen!

The companies have immunity but what about the employees of those companies? Is there anything preventing a civil lawsuit?

Please Lord reveal your army to this judge and give them the courage to Rise Up and do the right thing 🙏
A most excellent plan. Make it so!
What if phizer wants that. None of the bad actors will be found out. They'll pull the shot and walk away Scott free.
