I took 10,000IU's of D plus 1 super K per day and raised my vitamin D from 26 to 54 so the vitamins work.
You can't have too much cholesterol. Myth.
Only if the chickens were pasture raised with a lot of exposure to the outdoors and the sun. Those chickens that live their entire lives indoors will not lay eggs high in vit D. Those flourecent orange yolks from backyard chickens tell you if they have a lot of D.
I have always enjoyed Dr.Berg's informative videos...I think they are well done. I was somewhat dismayed to see that he is very high up in the church of scientology, knowing what we know about what goes on there. I am glad I never bought anything from him since he is such a big donor. Evidently Dr.Berg's son, after having grown up in scientology is estranged from his family after leaving the church. It was just a shock to know that since I have found Dr. Berg's info always to be pretty spot on. It is amazing how many intelligent, gifted people are so blinded.

And to make D from sunlight you need cholesterol.

Also, I believe that they "revised" the upper safe limits of cholesterol downwards a few years ago. So now nearly everyone's cholesterol is "too high".
Blood pressure and cholesterol numbers...quite the conspiracy. It is also why they push sunscreen. Believe me they know what they are doing!
Don't even get me started on sunscreen! But yes totally wrong on cholesterol (it's not the cholesterol number its the particle size and it's not fat that causes the problems, it's sugar) and the reason keto, paleo and carnivore are demonized by the establishment while veganism is promoted, veganism is going to likely be a high carb low fat diet and the others are reverse. I say "likely" because you can manipulate a vegan diet to be high fat low carb but it's hard and you have to be very deleberate about doing it.
You are right about cholesterol size. Whatever they say do the opposite and you will probably be good to go. We never quit eating eggs, butter and whole fat products.
