Due to my 20 year history of working in the IC, I've seen hundreds of hours of drone footage and worked in command centers with drone footage playing 24/7.
The second I saw this drone footage, I asked myself "Why?". Why is there drone footage of specifically this event?
The protests were huge, occurring over large parts of the city, but the drone is watching Kyle in particular? Why Kyle instead of people actually causing violence, burning things, looting and destroying public property?
If the feds have a drone up, aren't they supposed to be gathering evidence to prosecute the actual bad guys?
Then it popped into my head "He was meant to die..." and this was going to be played repeatedly on the evening news for all patriots to see. They wanted us to see this guy get beat and shot to death protecting his city to put the fear into us not to be hero's.
Also, they never planned on finding or prosecuting the perpetrators either in order to do a one-two gut punch to us. They wanted to say "Look, you could die defending your town and the government won't even doing anything about it... so why bother?"
It was supposed to be a huge demoralizing event for patriots, but what they got was exactly the opposite. They sainted that kid right then and there when God flipped the script on them. It's also why they've been so ridiculous, and trying every angle possible in court. If Kyle successfully defends the town against protestors, and walks free in self defense like he should, then the next riots are going be swarming with armed patriots... which is exactly the opposite scenario they wanted from the beginning.
If Kyle walks, expect the gun grabbing to get ramped up to 11.

On the contrary, I believe they were trying their damnedest to get patriots to get involved in the riots so they could have their Jan 6 insurrection, but since that didn't work, Jan 6 was or became a backup plan.
Edit to add: Remember the pic of Kyle cleaning the graffiti off the walls? I really think they wanted patriots to get super pissed after this young man got destroyed by the rioters. Just a good kid that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Who took the pic of Kyle cleaning the wall? Why was it taken? Of him specifically? This was all supposed to garner sympathy "oh my god, they killed this innocent boy. Let's go fuck them up!" Thank God for God and his full armor.
Are we sure that there was only one drone, and that there was only one camera on that drone? It seems like a naive design to do that, so isn't it possible that they just gave us the footage of the specific camera on the closest drone? If that's true, and it's certainly plausible, then perhaps there wasn't nefarious intent behind watching with drones (other than the nefarious intent of wanting to have all the information, ever, for blackmailing, etc...).
I like this thought. They lost control and I won't be surprised if we don't see riots like they want after the verdict because they want to sweep the whole thing under the rug.

Nah, you assume that no one else was photographed cleaning walls. Thousands of hours of footage gone through for one important grain of sand
