Can a private company still have the option to enforce a vaccine mandate?

Yes I believe they can still. That ruling would just mean that OSHA cannot enforce the mandate.
Federal law over rules private company rules. A private company can’t enforce a medical procedure period.
I've heard conflicting things in this.
A private company can do as they wish, you don't have to accept it.
“A private company can do as they wish, you don't have to accept it.”
This right here is an “unsmart” statement. You don’t understand State and Federal Law then. Can a private company require employees to physically assault or murder people? Can a private company just dump chemicals into rivers because it wants too, or do they hide such behaviors due to LAWS? Think Anon, think. Even Hooters can’t require their waitresses to surgically implant larger boobs! They must work with what they chose to hire within the scope of law.
