Now realize, that the mask is partially transparent, and that the camera flash shows the face underneath.
Then reconcile with the surrounding drops:

Mixed with a grey.
With gold skin.
If we're going down this speculative path (and we are!) I do believe her "build" is important too. Very tall, and strangely graceful, yes?
