I’ve heard mixed things on whether the vaccines are capable of shedding. I haven’t followed this closely so I honestly know nothing about this but I know an internet search will be useless because I don’t trust anything being said by the media or even medical associations right now. I’m asking because for the last two days I have been having an irregular heartbeat. It started yesterday and I thought it would go away overnight but it has been consistent since yesterday. I plan on scheduling an appointment with my doctor next week. I work in an office with 20+ people who have almost all been vaccinated. Not saying this is the cause, it could definitely be stress related, but it’s extremely odd and it doesn’t seem to be going away. For what it’s worth, I want to mention that I am younger and keep a healthy weight. Do you guys have any credible resources on whether or not shedding is possible?

You can take the same preventative protocols listed on dr. Zelenkos website or flccc. Or take dandelion tea or star anise tea or pomegranate juice to fight any spike protein damage as mentioned in naturalnews site by mike Adam's. And eat healthy.
You shed your cells. If your cells have spike, you shed spike protein covered cells
Its unclear to me also. Is spending time in close proximity to vaccinated people just as dangerous as getting vaccinated? If that's the case, humanity is in deep shit.
A full detox is probably overboard. Treat shedding like you would any infection. Rest, fluids, immune boosting supplements.
You could try NAC and see if it helps.
One source is here: https://www.lifeextension.com/search#q=nac&t=coveo4A2453FD
If you decide to do detox there are a ton of sites you can search up... For example found this using brave search. https://www.the-healthy-path.org/vaccination-detoxification.html
Same happened to me, I can't offer advice, but I can share what worked for me.
Garlic (3 whole cloves a day), Lemons (made into whole lemon lemonade), pine needle tea, vit c + d. (I also used 'mectin, NAC and homemade quinine, but not sure of the rules in your country)
(Garlic and lemons helped the blood circulation a great deal in general).
As I say, I am not medically trained, these worked (and still work) for me after presumed exposure.
It is. You don't need a credible source to realize it's true. You actually have first hand proof, but who do you need to verify it for you? What do you consider a credible source? Just use your brain. Obviously it is trying to tell you something, but people these days would rather have someone else tell them what to think. I've read taking NAC daily helps with being around people that are shedding. Also drinking pine needle tea helps as well.
