"They made me get it and then lifted it," said Newport News Shipyard employee, Deshawn Royal. "I didn't want to get it, but they said I had to get it or we were going to get fired. And then they lifted it. Y'all did us wrong."
Virginia turning red; or showing it always was except for a few blue pustules. The mandate of having to take an experimental vaccine is unconstitutional. All those in government who advocate such should be removed, period. They have no business in government nor the USA since they abhor the constitution which governs us.
It's because the shipbuilder realized they're under a government/Mil contract. and if all their workers leave they don't fulfill that contract, and they are fucked.
Honestly, the workers should make their employer pay hell for even thinking about mandating vaccines.
After any employer backpedals from workers standing their ground, the workers need to doubledown and start making as many demands as possible.
We need to start making our tyrannical minded overlords sweat and rethink their entire gameplan.
The time is come when no longer these corporations are going to get away with constantly treating the most valuable workers like shit.
I work for HII, though I'm in the Technical Solutions division. Officially, we're all not off the hook - yet. That will come down to contract verbiage. One thing is certain, though. If they require the vaxx for our contract, they will lose the Site Lead, the Senior Network Engineer and the Lead Network Engineer - and that's just in our small group of seven. So, on January 4th, it will be Bye, HII.
God damn it, these people...
It’s a big game of chicken. My employer is doing this too.
Stay strong.
Thank you, I am, I don’t fear them. Therefore, I am standing my ground.
Same here.
LOL!
It's name checks out.
Crazy how many people got tricked. Why not wait until the last day?
And then on the last day, still refuse a shot.
That's what I'm going to do.

The Constitution governs THEM, our public servants.

YES YES YES! Step on their necks…demand that management RESIGN immediately. CREATE CONSEQUENCES FOR THREATENING EMPLOYEES.
They can put that in the next contract.

In the Navy, you can sail the 7 seas. That's an exciting possibility for someone looking for adventure in life.
Twenty years worth, for me.
The people have the power if they are. It afraid to use it
