Understood. I’ve been using it for 5 years. I’ve found that a rigorous schedule with breaks/time-off is beneficial. It goes so well with my AM coffee I doubt I’ll ever quit it completely(?)! I truly hope you find some relief Fren 🙏💕
I don’t wanna be responsible for you jumping-off the wagon? However I am a pro-kratom advocate for pain sufferers. If you ever want a great source online (cuz freshness is key), let me know I’ll help you there? On the spine, my niece had vertebrates fused and it didn’t help her. Others I know gave mixed reviews. I’m no expert or reference, just what I’ve heard.
Red strains are best for pain. I get 2 red strains & mix 50:50. Mixing strains another way to boost effectivity. I don’t do extracts as I try to keep it natural. The best strain I’ve stuck with is Red Bentuangie. Before drying they ferment the leaves then dry. Only strain they do this way…I’ve turned a lot of pain sufferers on to it and can verify it’s best for pain. I mix with “Super Red” and both can be had at Kingdom Kratom outta San Antonio. Alex in Customer Service is a sweetheart gal. I’ll DM you a referral link 👍🏽

I think the last bag I bought was about three months ago. I may grab one today.
Thanks. My doc wants me to undergo a spinal fusion but it doesn't feel right.

Much appreciated. I picked up a bag before I went into work tonight but I'd be thankful for the source.
I usually stick to green vein but what would you recommend?
