It does this about every 12 years. Meaning that we're actually going into a bit of a "mini-mini-ice age," only a small dip in temps around the world, nothing huge, but it would still be noticeable. The sun has WAY more affect on our weather than humans do.
Does anyone know how long this blackout will last? Does Q tell us anything more about this? Also, is this likely the internet 'kill switch' that's rumored Obama had installed years ago?

Minimum: 3 days Likely: 10 days Possible: 2-3 weeks
None of this is fact but they are good reference points.
My guess is no matter what the net will be up and running during tax filing period beginning mid January anyway
