Trump did an Executive Order specifically on the topic of stopping child sex and human trafficking - vowing to wipe this disgusting practice from the face of the earth. Where have you been - living under a rock?

You asked when has President Trump ever spoken up about pedophiles. Here's 3 examples - since you ignored my first BIG item - Trump's Executive Order to end child sex and human trafficking. Trump also publicly stated that pedophiles should "have speedy trials and get the DEATH sentence." And Trump went on a long rant about Huma Abedin's pervy husband - convicted pedo Anthony Wiener - during his campaign in 2016 calling him "one of the biggest sleazebags of all time." That's just several examples off the top of my head.
