Just bits and pieces, nothing concrete. There was an interesting thing about the letterheads of house of lords (red) vs house of commons (green); and of course Buckingham Palace went green a month ago. But nothing firmly Q-ish yet...

Another thing in military comms blue is friendly, green is neutral and red is hostile.

I wonder if it's flipping something hostile to neutral.

I believe that it went green shortly after the white house went red. I don't remember the palace being red.
