Do you think that Kavanaugh and Barrett could have possibly been playing towards the left this entire time, knowing that this case/matter would eventually move forward in some capacity to the SC, and then have a conservative viewpoint/conscious? To be honest, this is probably the most important case that the current court system will ever see.
I do not believe the SC will rule correctly in this case. They will fail us.

The problem is you can't just "submit a case to the supreme court." It has to go up through the preceding courts
Except in cases of inter-state concern. Such as federal election fraud. The first court with jurisdiction is the US Supreme Court.

It's called original jurisdiction. It's in the Constitution.
