Someone asked me to make a thread on this so here it is:
I believe some very good Patriots (like MTG and Kyle, whom I respect) are being fed some bad information.
Here is the info you aren’t hearing:
Wood didn’t keep Kyle in jail, his criminal attorney did. Wood’s foundation FightBack bailed him out as soon as they raised the $2 million bail amount. I was following it, and I even donated to it. Here is a write up about it from that time (with photos) https://nowmynews.blogspot.com/2020/11/kenosha-shooter-kyle-rittenhouse-17.html
Here is Michelle Malkin with Wendy Rittenhouse giving a shoutout to FightBack (and Wood) for raising the money. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8775511/Kyle-Rittenhouses-mother-receives-standing-ovation-GOP-event-Wisconsin.html
Here is Wood’s description of what happened https://t.me/s/linwoodspeakstruth as well as interviews (scroll up to the picture of Lindell for the whole account)
Attorney Robert Barnes (who is no fan of Wood) confirms Wood’s foundation raised the money to bail out Kyle https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4R2wV6zqPDo Lindell donated $50k to the foundation, Ricky Schroeder donated the funds to the same foundation that helped the, reach the $2 million
Here is Wendy Roger’s defense of Wood https://media.gettr.com/group19/origin/2021/11/23/05/c5002c15-a7ae-d143-2609-06f890f61079/93a6363511990be303b52f34019ab153_500x0.jpeg
The money was for bail, when bail money is returned it should go back to the entity that posted it. In this case, it should go back to FightBack. The foundation funds other legal cases too, especially election-related cases.
There was another fundraiser people are linking to Wood, that is NOT Wood’s, that has raised over $600k for the Rittenhouses (I don’t know whose it is): https://www.givesendgo.com/GUCZ
thanks
Divide, divide, divide. Question everyone and everything. They are purposefully trying to divide us. This fight is kabuki. Who is actually in on the deception and who is a pawn is unknown, but strings are definitely being pulled and we are being played as are some of the actors in this charade.
Dont let them have a win here. They are trying to pull victory from the jaws of defeat.
Kyle needs to fade into the background. His media blitz has me suspicious as fuck. The Covington kid who took an internship from McConnel needs to shut the fuck up. These kids are David Hawg. Just shut the fuck up.
Thanks for the correction.
The foundation FightBack owes Ricky Schroeder 150k too as he put the rest of the money up to get Kyle out on bail. Lin has said there is a contract between them that the money has to be repaid to Ricky. A lot of people don't know that. I read it on Lin's Telegram.
Gotcha, thanks for that
mods should sticky this
Get off the high horse. This isn't a fucking cult. If Linwood is a scumbag then he's a scumbag, and you should acknowledge it.
MTG? Did you see what she said last night?
I’ve told everyone what a horrible person Lin Wood is and if you watched Tucker Carlson tonight then you heard from Kyle Rittenhouse one of the reasons why I think so.
Lin keeping Kyle in jail instead of bailing him out with ALL that money donated FOR Kyle is absolutely evil.
Lin should go to jail for what he did to Kyle. I also fully blame him for why Georgia lost our Senate seats.
He’s from Georgia and we know him as a life long Democrat not a Republican.
He grifted off of Trump & told people not to vote on Jan 5th saying their vote would be stolen.
I saw what MTG said... just more evidence she denies any fraud happening in Georgia.
Yep.
Every situation has two sides to it. You've apparently only listened to one side and passed judgment on that basis.
The money wasn't DONATED. It was supplied as a bail bond, which is always repaid to the people who supplied it.
The bail money was donated to fightback by us. I think you need to read some more
Fightback was originally set up for fighting election fraud. Wood and Fightback subsequently decided to designate funds from Fightback to be used as bail money for getting Kyle out of jail. Bail money is ALWAYS repaid to the people who made bail. The fact that Kyle's attorney and Kyle himself seem to think that the bail was made as a direct donation to Kyle is beside the point because that's not what was done.
I don’t know why this concept is so foreign to people.
People think when they donate to a cause it gets used the way they think it will get used. All you have to do is look at Red Cross, United Way, ASPCA and other large outfits that beg for money to see that doesn't happen, but that concept eludes people, too. I'm a huge animal lover, but I won't donate to the ASPCA because they use some of those donations to lobby with federal and state governments for things I don't agree with.
I think, in the case of Fightback, people didn't understand the foundation's original intent, nor what Lin Wood was really doing in terms of getting Kyle out of jail, and that all a lot of them saw was 'donating to help Kyle'. There have also been a lot of kneejerk reactions based on Kyle's statement and a definite lack of research into what actually went on. And the fallout from this situation is a classic case of 'no good deed goes unpunished'.
I donated and it was clear it was for Kyle’s bail
Agreed
