Yeah HR just told me the new deadline is December 6th, if I don't turn in a medical exemption or vaccine papers, I'm fucked. They said I could work from home for a few weeks or month to faze out my time but after that I'm boned. They also said I won't be eligible for unemployment. Wow great, thanks Biden you fucking cunt. Looks like I'm moving to Florida after all.

Don't leave the premises until they give you a clearly worded involuntary termination notice. You qualify for unemployment benefits if you get fired, its more difficult if you "voluntarily" leave.

Work From home for a month and apply for a job elsewhere. There is a whole other economy starting up. Be a part of it.

I would potentially sue for unemployment since if they are going to can you "without canning you" that's a fine line they need to define.

"getting rid of your position", "we no longer need you" is a poor excuse.

Hmmm, Have you thought about searching for Front Line Doctors and lawyers who will defend you from taking the Jab? Sue the FUCK out of guys

I won't be eligible for unemployment

Sounds illegal... Unless you signed something waving your rights to unemployment?

No religious exemption? Send them this video from Dr. Vernon Coleman.

It's over. Now, they should be getting Cease and Desist orders.

"won't be eligible for unemployment" is typically because being terminated for failure to follow company policy does not follow under unemployment criteria, specifically "unemployed through no fault of your own." I highly recommend looking up your state's unemployment laws/rules and consulting with an attorney to make sure you are well informed on how to proceed.

Stand your ground.

they have no clue if you are eligible for unemplyment, dont work from home, keep coming in, make them fire you. Then collect unemployment and find an attorney.

…unless you get a diagnostized fren to swear you were with him a minute because he got tested positive on the 5th… let’s pool the cases and get self quarantined to cheat the system.

They can tell you your not eligible for unemployment, but it's not them who makes that decision.

Stay strong. My religious ‘exemption’ was approved, but I am prepared to part if need be. I’ve been working to build a few businesses on the side - they will be my life raft when I jump ship.
