Firstly, the company does not have the authority to grant a religious exemption. You do not need your company's permission to practice your faith. They have to give it period. If they refuse, sue.
The First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are broad protections for a reason.
Bingo. You notify them that your beliefs conflict with their policy and then they must accommodate you. It is the law but most don't seem to understand that.
They will when the lawsuits start rolling.
The only real faith I see here is the unfounded faith that vaccines help people, which is completely baseless and is a cult.
My religious exemption was denied back in July. I'm in the process of suing for religious discrimination. It's a long and confusing process. I'm still in the waiting period while simultaneously getting harassed by the company's legal team to pay them thousands for tuition. It's a mess.
