That's how you do it! Will the unusually high number of religious exemptions not raise a red flag for the tyrannical medical community though? Most stories I've read you'd be lucky to get ONE exemption, let alone dozens. My prayers are with them.

As the saying goes, "There are no atheists in a foxhole."

I’ve always loved that ☝🏼💥

Firstly, the company does not have the authority to grant a religious exemption. You do not need your company's permission to practice your faith. They have to give it period. If they refuse, sue.

The First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are broad protections for a reason.

Trump4NH 6 points ago +6 / -0

Bingo. You notify them that your beliefs conflict with their policy and then they must accommodate you. It is the law but most don't seem to understand that.

They will when the lawsuits start rolling.

The only real faith I see here is the unfounded faith that vaccines help people, which is completely baseless and is a cult.

My religious exemption was denied back in July. I'm in the process of suing for religious discrimination. It's a long and confusing process. I'm still in the waiting period while simultaneously getting harassed by the company's legal team to pay them thousands for tuition. It's a mess.

That’s a real man with real courage using his skills, his position, and his power to protect those around him.

Now tell them your religion is none of their fucking business.

2
TrishaUK 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly! Same as your medical records/choices!

2
polish_snausage 2 points ago +2 / -0

True. You don't need fill out any of their BS religious exemption forms. No means no

This is a win!!! NEVER COMPLY!!!

6
Elcycs 6 points ago +6 / -0

Not sure that's a win... He shouldn't need special permission, now he's agreed that he does.

2
Skyes 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s a win. Force them to accept everyone’s religious exemption

wholeheart 6 points ago +6 / -0

celebrating with you!!!!

Coercing people to have a biological agent injected into their bodies is a crime against humanity.

Some boss types are going to discover they made a terrible, terrible mistake. They did not think this through.

4
BabylonNTing 4 points ago +4 / -0

Is it really a win though?

Asking for an exemption still sounds like people are still slaves to me.

1
sackofwisdom 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep. I don't need to believe in Jesus to not have to suck their balls.

It should just be "exempt because they said no", not "religious exemption".

0
TrishaUK 0 points ago +1 / -1

It is the only alternative to complying at the moment. At least they still have their jobs and can influence others.

Anyway, religion is not only related to a God. In the dictionary it also says:

a pursuit or interest followed with great devotion. "consumerism is the new religion"

3
DinosaurAlert 3 points ago +3 / -0

With respect to everyone’s religion:

It enrages me that if I say “I don’t think I should take the vax.” It is fine to fire me, punish me, limit my freedoms, call me a racist, etc.

But if I say “A magic man that maybe only I believe in doesn’t think I should take the vax.” Then that is a valid exemption to be respected.

And I know people who are claiming religious exemptions who really don’t have a religious objection.

3
BigMikey 3 points ago +3 / -0

Don't take the religious exemption, either. Flat out refuse. They don't have the right to force you to take a vaccination. By taking the religious exemption, you are basically saying that you have to ask their permission to have sovereignty over your own body. You're setting precedent that they can later take away. Say no. Have your coworkers say no.

1
polish_snausage 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly.... you don't need permission to say No. and then you can choose suffocating by mask?

This is not freedom, it just a different way to comply and be ruled by them.

3
Trump4evergirl 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thank you for standing up for EVERYONE! You could’ve saved yourself but you saved your coworkers, as well! Bravo!!!

2
Quixotic 2 points ago +2 / -0

DONT

FUCKING

DISCLOSE

Good for him, if true. Lots of folks having to walk a much tougher road right now...

2
rherrell 2 points ago +2 / -0

Your exemption is the Bill of Rights and the Constitution...PERIOD!

2
Phishhed44 2 points ago +2 / -0

More & MORE this is happening. I’m wondering if all the other pro-vaxx medical “practitioners” out there are having regrets? Maybe those left with a SOUL???

2
undine53 2 points ago +2 / -0

Together we are strong.

Reminds me of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iewSJ6nTEv4

2
corrbrick 2 points ago +2 / -0

Taking the exemption is a contract. You are agreeing that the hospital has the right to dictate your health care and medical interventions.

1
patriotfortrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just don’t mandate it. Can don’t want or need an exemption to not be part of medical jab roulette.

1
Stephanie1 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm being vocal on my city agency facebook pages reposting articles against vax and warnings about new world order and communism, etc

Old Dominion Trucking Co. has sent out a private statement by their owner and ceo to ALL Old Dominion employees: Vaccinating is a personal choice. There is a deep seated belief that forceful medical procedures violate basic human rights and will not be a part of Old Dominion Freight. Be ready for 2022, the freight will be absolutely pouring in and OD will push forward! He mentioned after 50 hours will be paid overtime but it will not be mandatory. Each employee is family and each requires different schedules. OD will see that each driver is comfortable, well rested, and cared for individually because each are individuals. ~It was just a fantastic message to hear! It directly effects my family and gives us all one more thing to be thankful for. We would NEVER allow those DS scum to jam filthy crud into our magnificent temples tyvm. Yes… this is a hill I am honored to die on… nothing the sicko left can offer me will ever be remotely tempting. I’m a free spirit… money doesn’t matter to me, people do… especially delicate ones… I am sworn to protect just as all of us here are… I am terrified and yet deeply honored to stand among the silent warriors of this Great War… May God always walk with each of you and shed His holy light in front of your feet, that you will never stumble or fall! ♥️🐸♥️

People turning to God to be saved from the vaccine (religious exemption)

People turning to God to save their children from public school indoctrination (gathering in churches to learn about home schooling)

I would say God is WINNING!!

1
Snowgirl1965 1 point ago +1 / -0

Awesome win! I'm an RN and waiting to see if my religious exemption goes through.

Happy your operation was successful.

1
OneNationUnderGod176 1 point ago +1 / -0

The problem is when they don't care about whether or not they loose you. I'm sure now they care because so many employees have been lost, they probably thought people would actually do it to keep their jobs. fucking idiots if you ask me.

1
gobby 1 point ago +1 / -0

Of course, this is the way. They need you more than you need them.

1
RC22 1 point ago +1 / -0

Suddenly everyone at my work is religious. JK. should not need to be religious to reject the vax.
