#2-I am more convinced than ever that your children should not go to college. High schools need to go back to teaching vocations: welding, nursing, culinary, basic accounting, art, etc. parents need to be actively involved in schools. Parents must be the ones to sit on school boards-background check everyone before being offered a job, that includes teachers, janitors, bus drivers, principals, cafeteria workers, school board, superintendents. Every year a full background check of financials, social media, etc. #4-The professor will just move on to another like minded, accepting University. There is a mental health issue big time in this world. Even in the 1970’s it was obvious the psych professors had mental health issues. We all laughed about them thinking they were one big joke. #6-LeBron is melting down. He will never be the great he wants to be. He is spoiling chances for his sons too.
Kids can learn way faster than public school indoctrination pace (which I'm convinced is part of stunting minds absolutely). They could be ready for most jobs by the age they can have kids at (not that they should necessarily on that part, though observe, why are modern people biologically adults before they are psychologically adults - HMMM).
That said, assuming present basic system stays in place, agree that college is mostly unnecessary - things like engineering or MBAs or what have you should be more like a 2-year vo-tech with apprenticeship type system. Basic theory then learn on the job.
I agree in teaching practical skills but think that somewhere students need a strong education in the humanities (history, philosophy, religious studies, literature, arts) to have a broad understanding of the human condition throughout history in order to have a well-rounded perspective.
This should be nurtured through values and upbringing, natural curiosity etc, not part of some formal education curriculum where someone is required to learn such. If someone ONLY wants to learn a trade, fine. It's this "well rounded perspective" argument that has resulted in the bloated college curriculum now, and the moving of the goalposts that a college "education" is necessary to have any kind of "real job" rather than a HS one.
Now, I do agree with the fundamental idea but not the why - I think that not every schmoe should have a vote (since even a strong constitutional system can be eroded over time by such), so some kind of knowledge and demonstration of that knowledge should be required (e.g. civics test/"voting license" or similar).
I think the main problem is “liberal arts” curriculum has been hijaked by wokeness. Even when I was going to college in the early 2000’s is was going that way. But I don’t see how a society can make progress if it is blind to its understanding of being and knowing.
I thought most of mine was a waste of time and money.
You know what they say: never stop learning
(By "assuming present basic system stays in place" I am not disagreeing with excellent list of suggested reforms, just saying that school past it can be much more minimal/focused.)
3! Said it before, but it bears repeating: The Vaxxine IS The Variant!
With you completely. Should be obvious alas…
Thanks, Puncake, hope you had a nice 🦃 Day!

a) Some deets on what they allegedly said would be nice, though I've checked multiple reports and it seems no-one caught it.
b) What the actual fuck
c) Archive site is taking forever and processor is ramping up for some reason, so here's one without - the thing to note is the Breitbart report is inaccurate in that it implies the fan was pouting like upset at being ejected but nope "the female fan was shown on the broadcast doing a sarcastic pout and rubbing away fake tears" LIKE A BOSS

#3- why would they admit that, what's their angle in doing so?

Num 5 is austrian not australian
Whoops, misread the headline. My bad.
I've done that several times due to all the Australia stuff/protests/lockdowns/camps etc.
That Bo Snerdley interview with Tucker on the Today episode was fantastic and hard to watch at moments because of the emotion. Highly recommended.
Great job Puncake!!! #4). Where’s the vigilantes?!!
Thankful for you, Puncake!
#2 scares me. These deranged little shits are going to vote and possibly be on a jury one day. God help that innocent soul. #6 is just hilarious! "Daddy they called me names! Ok son, I'll tell them to leave so they can't hurt your feelings again."
☕☕☕
On #6, none of the articles mention what those two fans said to get him so butt hurt. I wonder why?
