I cannot disagree. Though they are needed everywhere as well. The book ‘Unintended Consequences’ by John Ross can be found online for free in PDF. Pass it on.

I have the 6th edition. I had no idea it was such a big book until I received it. I wasn't disappointed though, it's a great book.
