Trademark application is no longer valid, but I wonder why he wanted to file it.

Because if he didn't hold the trademark for it, do you know what would happen?

Someone who grifts off of our movement would file for that trademark, and use our movement to accumulate money for themselves and their desires.

Flynn is an actor.
