It better not end with just that.

The NETWORK is responsible and liable for all programming and anything their hired "talking mouths" say during their programs.

Go after the networks. Also, go after the people that approved or edited those talk shows, anyone involved in writing the scripts, etc... . The best way to shut them up is to sue EVERYONE involved.
