this form of protest indicates a higher level of consciousness among the protesters. they were able to put themselves in the policemans shoes, and empathize with the policeman, and then effectively weaponize that empathy, with something as ordinary as a mirror.
Imagine saying/asking also "Look what you have become", "are you proud of this? would your forefathers be proud?"
The true psychopaths don't care what they "have become." As far as being proud, as long as they can destroy people and get paid for it, they're happy as a pig in shit and proud of it.
