It infuriates me because the parents are posing losers. The kids are stuck being raised by an attention seeking irresponsible parent.
This is such a spot-on assessment. And one of the primary reasons I've literally abandoned ALL social media platform. I feel so badly for so many of these little ones who are having the damnable shots forced upon them by stupid, uninformed parents.

Agreed. It's quite the contrary. Virtue signaling means that you are actively attempting to deceive others in order to establish that you are "a good person" without having to actually be "a good person".
It's disgusting and I call out anyone I come into contact with that does it. It puts the signaller on the spot and makes them uncomfortable which is perfect.

I’ve been banned. Every new acct gets banned within minutes.
It’s really sad. Tons of parents are that dumb. I know several who did that. They live in a self-imposed bubble within FB in which they are always trying to show this virtuous and idyllic life when you know they are actually very insecure and easily triggered. Everyone around them has to walk on egg shells and put on this mask of virtue or they will shun you. It is really bizarre. They have no authentic people in their lives who can speak hard truth. It’s like the Bible verse—2 Timothy 4:3– in which people will not tolerate sound doctrine but instead gather teachers who will say to them what their itching ears want to hear.
What an incredibly accurate Biblical reference, RIGHT HERE. My wife works in an ultra liberal school district (we, unfortunately, live in an ultra liberal part of the Mid Atlantic), and her heart breaks daily, when literally DOZENS of parents come skipping into the school to gather up their K-6 graders, and they skip back out the door, to continue skipping onto the pediatrician's office for the little ones to get the poison shot. And she says they're ALL -- parents AND kids -- beaming about it.
My heart breaks, too...that this many adults are gaslighted, and that they're now gaslighting their kids...and who even knows how extensive the physical damage eventually will be. :(

Great choice. I had a career-high of FOUR Twatter accounts many years ago...personal, professional, political in nature...but got rid of them all when my more politically-focused account got banned. But I'm particularly proud of that particular ban, because it was for calling Chrissy Teigen a C*NT, which she most certainly is...and will most certainly remain for the balance of her sick and twisted existence.
