The supplement Im taking has 100mcg of K1, 400 mcg of K2 (menatetrenone) and 50mcg of K2 (menaquinone).
Directions are 1 capsule with a meal.
Magnesium is not an issue. My mag levels in my blood are monitored closely by my based physician because I take extra Calcium/Magnesium/D3 supplements (about 6 per day 200 IU D3, 333mg Calcium, 133mg Magnesium, 5mg Zinc) all summer to combat cramps due to too much water (I work out in the sun and drink about 6 quarts per day) that dilutes my electrolytes.It works like a charm for the cramping. Ive been doing this for the last three years and come October I stop taking the extra Calcium/Magnesium and go back to a normal dosage.
Any advise? Can I take them every other day with lessened side effects until the detox effects wear off? Should I find a new supplement? Or point me to a good website to research for myself?
Im 56 years old and in excellent shape otherwise. I havent had a cold or flu in at least 10 years.
What brand of supplement is the D3, magnesium calcium zinc? Are you supplementing iodine as well as a general bio available trace mineral supplement?
NatureMade is the brand.
1,950mcg of nascent iodine daily. I use detoxadine.
NAC, Black Cumin seed oil, liposomal C, Quercetin, 5000 D3 ( D3 is at 73 according to bloodwork done 6 weeks ago), mens over 50 multi, super B complex.
I end up with 2000 C per day, just under 50 zinc and 7000 D3.
I take the multi, Quercetin, 1 NAC and 1 Black seed oil at night and 1 NAC, 1 Black seed oil, the D3, B, C and Iodine in the morning.
Have you heard of fulvic acid? If you are doing those vitamins you should be good. Not personally a fan of nature made as they make shit supplements but if it's working for you that's fine.
The migraines from k seem to be calcium deposits being dissolved. Try to incorporate weekly fasting to your protocol. God bless brother.
