Both my self and my 7 year old daughter have been having strange hot flashes the last few days like your body is just being heated up.
Wife is sick so she is already feverish already but we literally have to get up and get in front of a fan to cool off.
Also high frequency periodically through the ears.
Anyone else getting these?
Yes but I'm close to menapause. I get extreemly hot from deep within my body in the middle of the night and when I first wake up. It's agony.
I'm close to menopause, too, because my wife is in her mid 40s haha

Gotta get one with the cooling gel packets. Mine never heats me up, but I used to have a memory foam shaped pillow that didn't have the cooling gel and I sweated like crazy on that pillow.

Damn. I’m experiencing most of or all of these things. My dreams though.. my dreams are so vivid and emotional. Sometimes I even feel what’s happening in my dreamscapes.

I presumed I was having tinnitus to be honest. Had a month of nightsweats back in May too but then I presumed I was just detoxing from a mild infection. I have had the Most vivid dreams lately, when I dream at all. I don't understand them either.
Got that two nights ago. Was simultaneously blazing hot on my back and freezing cold. No fever. No sweating. Not sick at all!
OP, I can't speak at all regarding your wife or daughter but as for myself, most of my hot flashes disappeared when I stopped watching Loren Boebert speeches. I had to go totally cold turkey. Difficult choice but I'm better now. ;)
