I finally got an opportunity to do something.
Hired 2 people who’d been laid off from vax required jobs. Let all of my employees know I don’t give a shit about their vax status and if the law ever requires me to care that they are to send me a fake certificate and stfu.
Do what you can.
I will only hire unvaxed folks at my business, don’t need my present employees getting sick.
This is a sound business strategy. I hope your business sense allows for you and your employees to prosper.
I am thinking vax databases will backfire. They will actually allow insurance to raise vaxxed insurance premiums and put them on a list.
Remember collecting information can work both ways.
This is a very good point. I've been in the vaccine battle since early 2000's after my son was injured. We have fought along with Del Bigtree and RFK Jr for a vaccinated vs unvaccinated population study. We never get anywhere with it. This could be a way to sneak in a study and see how the health of vaxxed vs unvaxxed plays out moving forward. Makes me very nervous though!
If the law requires it you should stand up for your right to not require it. Not ask the employees to fake medical information.

Or they can request a religious exemption - and then you can grant it within an hour. That's what I see at a very large Gov't Contractor (nameless, to protect them). You simply say "It's against my religion", and that's it. Granted.
All they have to do is say that they followed "guidelines". Civil rights demand that exemptions be made for conscientious objectors, and that religion was sufficient grounds.
As the business owner - YOU get to decide how good, is good enough. Then you have followed the mandate, without fraud.
