It's one of many Trump proofs that confirm the "authentico" nature of the Trumpo account. I'd say it's around 85-90% certain it's him of his comms team and man, if it really is, that's the funniest thing ever.

At this point, I believe that the Trumpo account is Trump and the Catturd account is Scavino based on all that's gone on.
