I was reluctant to order "Indian/Mexican Pharmacy" stuff, as for all I know what I order could show up with fentanyl in it. It's a weird world. Primum non nocere is beaten out by Kill 'Em All.

You are most welcome. Glad to be of some assistance. I think many have forgotten why they got into medicine and dentistry to begin with and have compromised themselves by knuckling under to corporate interests. Very sad indeed.
