I get it, CHYNA owns all these business and we should stop buying from them. But what i you can't buy anything but from there? Where I live, the Kroger, Walmart, and Meijer have a monopoly on groceries, clothes, etc. There are no mom-and-pop shops, that I've been able to find, in town or even within a 15 minute drive. Sure, there are some more options further away from me, but they are name brands like Macy's, JC Penney, probably the last Sears in Ohio, Kohls, etc. And those are all CHYNA!
What's a man to do? If I need to get milk, I'm not going to drive 40 minutes away to the only nice grocery I know of (near where I used to live). If I need my watch repaired, I'm not going to drive to a store (that's only open 3 days a week) about 50 minutes away. I also live on a budget. I'm making great money, but I'm saving as much of it as I can for college because if there is anything fricking overpriced its that! Especially in Ohio, ffs OSU is 50k a YEAR! And if I need an oil change, I'm going to NAPA. Why? Because their prices are reasonable and they do just about everything my car needs work on. If I need new clothes, I'm going to waste money on a tailor. I'm going to a store, owned by chyna or not, to buy clothes.
And don't just say "order online!" If you order online, you near-certain to be using AWS, Google Cloud, iCloud, or any other Chyna-owned service. And what is your phone service, your internet service, your utilities? What about insurance and finances? Who owns them? Who really owns them? And you still have to pay those blasted taxes. Unless you are a gigachad and you tell the IRS to shove it.
You can't boycott the DS. They own basically everything. What you can do is cripple the DS by only buying what is necessary. The DS wants you to focus on the shiny thing. Fashion clothes, cosmetics, cars, the latest tech, stocks, etc. Just buy the essentials. When the world falls apart you'll be glad you did.
I buy only what I need to buy and nothing more. I still live with my dad, and he has great insurance and data service by conservative providers. He's been guiding me through all this as I'm still young and learning new things. But I have a sharp eye. I know what's going on. I see things in a different light. I suppose I may be considered an autist. But I'm not. I'm really just a Sigma male. Taking it all in as fast as I can chug it.
I'm not hating on anyone for doing whatever. You do you. But don't put ME down because of my choices. I thought we were supposed to be the opposite of woke commie hypocrisy? You can look at my post history. I point out something, and then the NPCs arrive and flood me with downvotes. But, I digress. I need to get to sleep anyway since I have work tomorrow. I love you all!
WWG1WGAWW (I found a based friend online who lives in Bangladesh he hates Xiden and I introduced him to LGB earlier.)
I buy a lot of furniture/home items/kids stuff from people around my town selling them second-hand. Just way more practical to me.
People lose me. (and their point is lost) when they paint with such a broad brush. It's not "you guys". It's some people who post here who you disagree with
We are all human. I highly doubt anyone would live up to whatever standard they project myself included. Just do your best if you feel compelled. We are only able to change our environment. So just do what you can. A little here and a little there can definitely add up over the long run. That’s my mentality at least.
My advice, as a university graduate, is don't go to college if you can possibly avoid it. Learn a basic trade, such as electrician, plumber, carpenter, HVAC installer, Solar power installer, etc. Take an apprenticeship if at all possible - even if you have to pay (it will cost less than $50k!)
I agree with that trades are far more profitable than most college degrees that I would be interested in. I am an aircraft mechanic so I can say it’s worth it. The debt of someone who gets out of college and has to live on their own is disgusting.
In terms of groceries. Would there happen to be farmer's markets near you? That's the only thing I can think of in terms of alternative grocery purchases.
Not at this time of year. We are at that latitude where nobody sets up greenhouses for the winter.
True. Everything but very small stores are owned by the DS. Even in small stores most of the items are DS items. It is impossible to avoid. I boycott only those things I know are made in China (the brands, not the stores). Not because they are made in China, but because I won't support the Uyghur slavery.
If you think college isn't DS you are not paying attention. College is 100% pure Deep State, Grade AAA.
I'm not saying don't go to college. I don't think its worth it atm, but I personally wouldn't give up my college education for anything, so I understand the impetus. I think in the not too distant future college is going to be a lot cheaper than it is now. It is part of Megacorp, and Megacorp is going down. The schools will go down with it.
But do what you think is best for you, just recognize that schools are fundamental in the DS plans, and they own them all, lock, stock and barrel.
You have the right idea and understand the Matrix they have designed for us. But, if we are going to change things we have to start somewhere. I do drive a little further to shop better. But, when I make the trip I stock up, Like you, I could not make frequent trips like that all the time, so I have had to change my way of how I purchase the things that I need. As a result of shifting my buying from the herded destinations the power structures want to place before me, I plan my shopping trips more to combine several destinations in one trip and only buy what I need or will use. Gone are the days of impulse buying for a want rather than a need.
Convenience has enslaved us. So for most of us, that is an area that needs to be modified. The powers know that most people will compromise for the convenience. I refuse to play that game any longer. We need to take a few lessons from our ancestors, who not so long ago, made a family outing of going to town and shopping. They accomplished many tasks on a single outing. So, it can be done. It just requires mindful thinking and planning instead of shopping by impulse and immediate want.
We must shift our attitudes about consumerism. If more of us put our money where our mouths are, the profit driven entities will have no choice but to change to meet changing demands. All of us are in this fight. No one gets to sit on the sidelines and opt out. We all do what we can, where we can, and it may take some time to undo the habits that they have trained us to mindlessly carry out.
And as far as college is concerned. As long as you are going to learn a profession that requires advanced training, college is a huge waste of time and money. There are far too many young people still living in their parents basement into their thirties because they spent a small fortune to get a useless degree that has no paycheck connected to it - or the annual salary does not compensate for the amount of money spent getting the education. It is unfortunate that you are at this stage of your life in the middle of so much change, and it is anyone's guess where this will all be headed. Best of luck to you.
I bought boxes of lightbulbs online at lughtbulbs.com. family owned. not sure if family is left or not, but at least they are small. I found lightbulbs made in usa, sylvania.
you can find smaller online retailers, but it takes time to research. only worth if you buy in bulk.
I pay more for made in usa. I would rather biy made in usa from bezos ( i know he sucks) than made in china from walmart. I am only paying the beast once.
But, you are right, only buy what you need is more imoortant than where it is made
You sound like a very upstanding young man. How fortunate to have your Dad helping you along the way.
You are one of the very few young people Awakening. You are aware and making changes where you can. Do not let any person place or thing bring you down.
I find some comments are made to help enlighten us on our paths. They are not gospel. Your doing Great! WWG1WGA Fren. 🇱🇷 .
It's like wearing a mask to get groceries. In some areas you have to. Just live as free and independent as you can.
Always test the waters though and go in without wearing one. Make an employee ask you to put one on. If no one does, then continue breathing free.
That's what I do first.
Kudos to you fren, you sound pretty switched on for a young guy.
There are always people here with different views, so best advice I can give is read what everyone has to say, take what advice you can use and ignore the haters (no point reacting to them, it just feeds them).
Only when they arre wrong. Take the clue.
There are no different views in this great awakening it is what it is.
