Yea, I don't get the significance of this. COMMS are not supposed to be understood by the public. They're directed at specific key team recipients. Otherwise, they're not really COMMS at all.

But we dont really understand it, we have just enough information to know COMMs are being sent and something is happening. Then when it happens we are supposed to be able to look back and understand what the COMMs meant.
