I hate to be that guy but that looks like a deep fake. Watch the bottom of the mouth/above the chin. And look how cock-eyed the chin is, off-kilter.

Something is off about that video. I don't think it is him.

e - Looking at a couple other videos, I guess his chin is bigger and more off than I remember. But I stand by it still looking off with odd blurring and pixelation below the mouth.

I watched it on a 27-inch 4k monitor. I also do advanced photo retouching and photo manipulation.

To my eyes, it is a real video and not a deep fake.
