What Trump wants and what SCOTUS will rule are different things altogether. I’m not debating what President Trump and his team want. Just skeptical SCOTUS will let him have it.

If Trump does not appeal to the scotus then they will never see the case. The winner in this case wouldn’t have standing to appeal
