There's a contingency plan in case of foreign invasion or interference or a national emergency that allows the current leadership to move to a location and still retain power.
That's a very VERY basic interpretation. You should read the entire series, then do your own research which includes reading the Q drops again.
Not trying to doom here, but a genuine question/worry: what if the Biden administration just kinda stole the country while in office, even if the E.O. states that Trump is still in charge? I mean couldnt they just get to the military and pressure/threaten them into ignoring that piece of paper?
Things that make me question it include the withdrawal from Afghanistan and the immediate bombing of Syria once Biden got into office.
Well, biden is just the mumbling public head of a CCP owned "administration", supported by a "congress" of baboons and PRed by slime news. All these 'players' have forfeited their citizenship and that is starting to hurt. SHHHH, don't whisper, shout it out, they don't listen...
Sheeeeit, I was going to offer my canned "you HAVE to read Devolution. It, like Q Posts, can not be done justice in a summary. And it, like Q Posts, are literally required reading for this class". Yet, you kind of just did. Kudos.
But yes, READ it. It's essential. It's a bitch to read on mobile imo because of the way substack integrates images, but I got through it. Maybe do yourself a favor and use a desktop for it.

You have every right to be concerned.
In theory devolution makes sense. And everything happening doesn't sway me away from believing it. There are too many hints to something being awry.
But who knows for certain? There are turncoats everywhere and who's to say there wasn't a counter to this?

it's quite interesting, i was skeptical at first, but people NEED to do the research. the theory of devolution is interesting
