This is exactly what's happening. The chief medical officers at the hospitals enforce the protocol. Doctors and PAs have all received letters that if they prescribe Ivermectin they will lose their jobs. The directors of Infectious Disease are the keystones at the top of this pyramid of death.
The hospitals knock patients out with pain killers. Kick their loved ones out. Jam tubes down the patient's throats. Handcuff them to the bed. Inject remdesivir. Remove all nutrition and immune supporting therapeutics such as vitamin D, C and Zinc,
They wait for the patient to die and then tell the family how horrible covid is. It's a really bad virus, etc.
All in the name of the cabal, money, and communist tyranny.
This can happen to any of us and it may have already happened to one of your loved ones.
The doctors doing this need to be sued for medical malpractice. Those who are putting fourth all of this murderous protocols need to be tried at GITMO for genocide and hung.

I downloaded the cares act pdf, and searched for "death" "fatality" and "deceased".
There are no terms for that. Where exactly in the cares act does it state a hospital gets paid for covid deaths.
I used this in an argument once and lost cause I couldn't back it up. I keep hearing it repeated here and on x22. I need a source.

I'm looking for proof, where in the bill, or reference to other bills are the exact words.
My guess is you need to put some time and effort into it -- the bill is huge and worded as only lawyers can word things. I trust the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons who wrote the original article (that the LRC piece was based on) and don't feel the need to spend hours digging out the detail -- plus, there are only so many hours in the day -- but that sense of wanting proof is a good one.
The Cares Act is a typical big federal bill: A dense and complex thicket of legalese including many call-outs to OTHER bills and authorizing much while leaving discretion for the details to bureaucrats. A very quick scan of the table of contents for the bill led me to this, for example -- which authorizes spending $1.32 billion "for the detection of SARS–CoV–2 or the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of COVID–19.’’. [No, not the actions you reference]. Details of how that might be spent? Someone else will decide those, apparently.
Given how this monstrosity is written, it's quite possible that what you searched for doesn't exist IN THOSE SPECIFIC WORDS anywhere in the document despite Cares funding being used for the purpose you're concerned about.

Sure someone could die with covid, but they are getting money for the diagnosis pre-death.
