100 Can some LawFag please explain to me how the 6th Circuit is even allowed to overturn the 5th Circuit? I though only a higher court could do that. Because the entire system is corrupt and broken. We have to be shown step-by-step just how bad it has become. It is crumbling under the weight of it's own corruption. What comes next will be glorious.
