People know. We are not stupid. They never should've created the internet. Soon, one shot will be heard around the World and not even their beloved Lucifer will be able to save them.
Not sure if your being sarcastic or making a joke, but the Spartans are the Greeks who fought at Thermopylae.
Not sure where you get the idea that there were millions of Spartans.
The Spartans were the 300 Greeks who stood off a whole lot of Persians. Sparta was one of many Greek city states of the time. Their sacrifice encouraged the other Greek city states to unite in the war against the Persians to prevent them from taking Greece.
Went to a bar last night to see a local bar band play. It was great fun but I would like to report there was very little mask compliance besides a few standouts.
I refused to comply and nobody even asked me to. I just ignored the whole thing.
Same at breakfast in the diner this morning. Ignored it. I didn't see many masks there either.
However at the grocery store (Wegmans) the other day it was the opposite. Mask compliance was running at about 40% to 50% for months but was suddenly up to 95%. I probably saw 100 people in the store, and only 4 people and myself were without masks.
I think the bar music scene and the diner might be different demographics.
Everyone has to go to the grocery store regardless of demographics. People who are worried about covid or more apt to wear a mask are more likely not to go out to a bar or crowded dinner. So yes, it would be very different groups of people, or rather a certain group of people at bars and crowded diners vs all possible people at a grocery store.
I reject the term "The Last Stand". This is just the beginning. as Winston Churchill said--
"We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender."
How was it that battle specifically that lead to Western civilization? Why that battle and not the founding of Greek Democratic Republics, or their creation of a senate? Or any other significant events of the time?

They cannot keep this going for much longer, everyone is fed up.
Just a little nitpick friend
The Spartans were the 300 Greeks vs the "evil" Persian.
The way you worded that makes it seem like 300 Greeks vs Persian/Spartan enemies.
Not sure if your being sarcastic or making a joke, but the Spartans are the Greeks who fought at Thermopylae. Not sure where you get the idea that there were millions of Spartans.
Anyway I agree with you, the tables have turned.
This is why I love anons/frens they don't hold their pride so high that they won't ever admit when they're wrong. Hats off to you fren!
All good friends, I got the general message.
It's an amazing battle with many things to teach everyone.

That is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
When the tyrants lose their enforcers..they can no longer enforce their tyranny.....its game over for them..

Freedom is now taking the MAGAPHONE.!
