Here's a thought. Since the clotshot could lead to Antibody Dependent Enhancement, meaning a weakened immune system, and since anyone born in 1992 or later in the US has had a Heb B shot as a baby, could the weakened immune system now be allowing the Heb B virus that was in the Heb B shot received as a baby to be released to propagate in the body?
Not sure if this is the way specifically for Hep B, but this is clearly called out for shingles etc. Its not so much as the virus in the original shot causing problems, but rather losing the memory cells for that immunity so that next time you are exposed to it, your body does not recognise it.
Can confirm I’ve got a young 20 something cousin with Bells Palsy and what they’re hoping is shingles and not GBS currently after catching Covid despite being vaccinated.

Either way, it's the clotshot that is the cause of the autoimmune response. Truthful Drs are warning about the explosion of cancers and autoimmune diseases in people who have taken the clotshots.

The EMA docs that leaked in summer 2020 had concerns about the novel lipids used in the Pfizer and AZ shots. They're processed in the liver once their payload mRNA is delivered. Animal studies showed severe hepatic reactions in some tests.
If I recall, at least 1, if not 2 of the 4 lipid molecules used in these shots had never been used in humans before.
