He was arrested for trespassing. The VAX mandates are unconstitutional. But that's not what he will be charged with. When private property owners ask you to leave it's within their legal authority to have you removed.

A license to serve the public doesn't mean you have to serve everyone. There are protected classes of people and last time I checked, vaccination status wasn't one of them, unfortunately.

No. It protects qualified individuals with disabilities. You have to 1) be disabled and 2) have a disability that qualifies. Not being vaccinated is neither and does not qualify.
