She keeps vetoing bills that her constituents want passed.

Twice she vetoed down the trannny ban for competing in women's sports.

She vetoed hemp legalization based on this ludicrous claim eqautaing hemp with medical marijuana (which was legalized the following year):

"Normalizing hemp, like legalizing medical marijuana, is part of a larger strategy to undermine enforcement of the drug laws and make legalized marijuana inevitable."

Yep, didn't force masks either and she took her covid funds and invested in a tourism campaign kek. So that's where her based reputation probably comes from.
