What I’m saying is this: Trump often speaks in incomplete sentences, which introduces a lot of room for interpretation. This could be a deliberate strategy on his part. It would be interesting, in my opinion, to go back and see if he always had this habit, and if not, when it developed. Changing the way one speaks takes monumental effort. The way we use words can be used to identify us much in the same way fingerprints can. So if Trump changed the way he communicates it wouldn’t be a sign of a LACK of intelligence - it would be exactly the opposite of that.
