I think the question of “are you ok”, is IMO a Christ like question. And one that needs to be asked more often than not. Let her tell the tale. But you have to ask the right questions. And you don’t need an introduction for that.
She didn't tell her tale for the world to hear. If this journal is actually authentic (and perhaps not, project veritas wouldn't publish it because they couldn't verify it) it was taken and dumped into the open when she had an expectation of privacy when writing something like that for her own self. It's gross to use stolen material and try to make it righteous by saying she's "telling the tale" when she did not choose to do so. In sexual abuse, agency is taken away from the victim, as does publishing private writings, which probably would only make the whole issue worse for her to deal with.
